Last updated: June 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Amaru’s websites, applications, integrations, and related services. By using Amaru, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Use of the services

Amaru provides administrative software for coaching practices, including scheduling, client management, forms, communications, payments, and third-party integrations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Amaru complies with applicable laws, professional obligations, and the permissions of your clients and team members.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Administrators are responsible for managing users, roles, connected integrations, and content within their organization’s workspace.

Acceptable use

You may not use Amaru to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform policies.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with service integrity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Misrepresent identity, authorization, qualifications, or affiliations.
  • Transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

Third-party services and integrations

Amaru may connect with services such as Zoom, Google, Stripe, email, and storage providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we use reasonable efforts to make integrations clear, secure, and manageable from your Amaru settings.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may require a subscription or payment through our payment provider. Fees, billing intervals, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and any trial terms are presented during checkout or in account settings. Unless required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

Content and data

You retain rights to content you submit to Amaru. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the services, support users, maintain security, and comply with law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Amaru is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount paid to Amaru for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
